Yummy Pan Fried Veggie buns recipe for you to enjoy with your friends and family. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/48g0t8aRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Filling:-Cooking oil 3 tbs-Gajar (Carrot) julienne Cup-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 Cup-Corn kernels boiled Cup-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne Cup-Zucchini grated & squeezed Cup-Mushrooms sliced Cup-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp-Himalayan Pink salt 1 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Paprika powder 1 tsp-Chicken powder tbs (optional)-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) tsp-Soy sauce 1 & tbs-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped handful -Water as required-Til (Sesame seeds) white & black as required-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs-Water CupPrepare Dough:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups-Baking soda tsp-Himalayan Pink Salt 1 tsp or to taste-Lukewarm water Cup or as required-Cooking oil tsp Prepare Sauce:-Soy sauce 4 tbs-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs-Lal micrh (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp-Himalayan Pink Salt tsp-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp-Sugar powdered 1 tsp-Til (Sesame seeds) 1 tsp -Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped 1 tbs -Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tspDirections:Prepare Filling:-In a wok add cooking oil, julienne carrot, shredded cabbage, corn kernels, julienne capsicum, zucchini, mushrooms & saut for 2 minutes on medium flame.-Add ginger garlic paste, pink salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, chicken powder, red chilli crushed, white pepper powder, soy sauce, mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame.-Add spring onion, mix well then set aside & let it cool.Prepare Dough:-In a bowl add all-purpose flour, baking soda, pink salt & mix well.-Gradually add water, mix well & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 15-20 minutes.Prepare Veggie Buns: -Place the dough on a flat surface, sprinkle flour & knead the dough again.-Take a small dough (50 g) & make a smooth ball, sprinkle flour than roll out with rolling pin.-Add 2 tbs of prepared filling in the center of rolled dough, brush water on the edge of dough than gather the dough from all sides, twist & make a bun.-Dip the flat surface of bun in water & coat the surface with sesame seeds then set aside.-In a frying pan add cooking oil, prepared veggie buns (sesame seeds side down) & fry on low flame until golden.-Flip the buns & fry again from other side until golden. Add water in frying pan, then cover & cook on low flame until water is completely dried (5-6 minutes) (makes 12).Prepare Sauce:-In a bowl add soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli crushed, pink salt, chopped garlic, sugar powder, sesame seeds, spring onion, sesame oil & mix well.-Serve Pan fried veggie buns with prepared sauce!Recipe in Urdu:Tarkeeb:Prepare Filling:-Karahi may oil garam karen, ab gajar, band gobhi, corns, Shimla mirch, zucchini, mushrooms daal kar 2 minutes k liye fry karen.-Adrak lehsan paste, pink namak, kali mirch powder, paprika powder, chicken powder, lal mirch crushed, safed mirch powder, soy sauce daal kara chi tarah mix karen or taiz flame par 2-3 minutes k liye fry karen.-Hara pyaz daal kar mix karen or alag rakh kar Thanda karlen.Prepare Dough:-Bowl may maida, baking soda, pink namak daal kar mix karen.-Thora thora kar k pani shamil karen or mix kar k atta doondh len, cover kar k 15-20 minutes k liye rest den.Prepare Veggie Buns:-Dough ko flat surface pe rakh kar flour charak kara chi tarah goondh len.-Aik chota paira len (50g) or bailan se bail len.-Roti k beech may 2 tbs tayar filling rakh kar sides pe pani lagayen or roti ko fold kar k paira bana len.-Pairay ki flat side ko pani may dibo kart il se coat kar k rakh len.-Aik frying pan oil daal kar tayar buns ko dono taraf se golden honay tak fry karlen.-Ab pani daal kar dhak den or low flame per pani sukh janay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes) (makes 12).Prepare Sauce:-Aik bowl may soy sauce, sirka, lal mirch crushed, pink namak, lehsan, sugar powder, til, hara pyaz or til ka tail daal kar mix karen.-Tayar Pan fried veggie buns ko sauce k sath serve karen!
