Sift together flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl. 2. Make a well and add milk, egg, vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon melted butter and 1 teaspoon hot water. Whisk until a smooth batter is formed. 3. Grease paniyaram pan with butter. Pour a ladleful of batter in it. Cook them till both the sides are done. 4. Serve hot.
