- 600ml nc | 600ml water
- 5-7 l da xay cht ly 100ml nc mu | 100ml panda juice

- C kh rim | Dried fish
- 50g c cm kh | 50g dried fish
- 1 c hnh tm thi lt | sliced shallot
- 1mc ng | 1tbsp sugar
- 1mcf t bt | 1tsp chili powder
- 1mc nc | 1tbsp water
- 1mc nc mm | 1tbsp fish sauce
- 1 qu ht vt mui | a salted duck egg
- Ch bng | pork floss
- C pho chua | pickled eggplant
