Pandesal Handmade Recipe (Filipino Bread Rolls) | FEATR

A Filipino breakfast isn't complete without freshly baked pandesal. I took a peek at one of our local bakeries to see how this iconic bread is made.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/2 c. Sugar, 1 cup warm milk, 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast, 1/4c warm water (for yeast), 3 1/2c bread flour, 1c all purpose flour (1/2 of which was used for kneading), 1/4c room temp butter, 2 tsp salt, bread crumbs (as much as you want to use)

Bake for about 20mins in the oven at 175c.
