400 gms Paneer
Salt/turmeric/red chilli pwd
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp garlic pwd
1 tbsp all purpose flour
Oil for cooking
1 tbsp Besan (chickpea flour)
1 chopped onion
tbsp ginger/garlic paste
tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup broccoli florets
Green onions for garnish
tbsp sweet-sour sauce
1/2 tbsp hot chilli sauce
