A delicious parantha made with the combination of yogurt and paneer and served with pickle is a hearty meal to savour anytime of the day!PANEER AUR DAHI KA PARANTHAIngredients300 grams cottage cheese (paneer), grated1 cup hung yogurt (dahi)Ready-made whole wheat dough made using 1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)¾ tsp red chilli powder¾ tsp garam masala powderSalt to taste2 green chillies, chopped2-3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesWhole wheat flour for dustingGhee for applyingPickle to serveMethod1. To make the stuffing, mix together cottage cheese, hung yogurt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves in a large bowl.2. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball. Take a dough ball and lightly dust with some whole wheat flour and make a cavity in the centre. Stuff it with a generous portion of the stuffing, seal the edges and lightly flatten it.3. Dust the worktop with some whole wheat flour, place the stuffed dough on it and roll into thick disc.4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place a disc on it and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip it, apply some ghee and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip again and apply some ghee on the other side as well. Flip yet again and cook for a few seconds.5. Serve hot with pickle.
