Paneer bhurji is one such recipe which is equally liked by all and is one of the most relished and devoured North Indian dishes prepared with crumbled cottage cheese, some veggies and few spices. Adding vegetables gives a new dimension to this scrambled paneer sabzi.

Ingredients required:
1 & 1/2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tbsp Green Chillies
1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 Green Capsicum
2 tbsp Tomatoes
Tomato Puree
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Dhana Jeera Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 & 1/2 tbsp Malai
Salt to taste
250 grams Paneer
Serve it hot!!
