Delicious spicy paneer bhurji mixture wrapped in whole wheat tortillas.

PANEER BHURJI WRAP

Ingredients

200 grams paneer (cottage cheese), grated
4 whole wheat tortillas
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1-2 green chillies, chopped
1 small green capsicum, finely chopped
1 small yellow capsicum, finely chopped
1 small red capsicum, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 large tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp Tata Sampann Chilli Powder
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
Sauce
1½ tbsps tomato ketchup
1 tsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
A pinch of red chilli powder
Butter for toasting

Method

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add green chillies and sauté for a few seconds.
2. Add green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum and mix well. Cook for a minute
3. Add salt and mix well. Add tomato and sauté well.
4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder and Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and mix well. Cook for a minute.
5. Add cottage cheese and chopped coriander and 2 tbsps water and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. For the sauce, mix together tomato ketchup, chopped coriander and red chilli powder and mix well. Set aside.
7. Heat a non-stick pan and place tortilla on it and cook on both sides for a few seconds and take it off the heat.
8. Apply the prepared sauce on the tortilla and add the prepared paneer bhurji on top and fold the sides and roll into a wrap.
9. Heat butter in a grill pan and place the prepared wraps on it and cook on both sides till grill marks appear.
10. Diagonally cut the wraps in half and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
