Delicious spicy paneer bhurji mixture wrapped in whole wheat tortillas. PANEER BHURJI WRAPIngredients200 grams paneer (cottage cheese), grated4 whole wheat tortillas1 tbsp oil1 tsp cumin seeds1-2 green chillies, chopped1 small green capsicum, finely chopped1 small yellow capsicum, finely chopped1 small red capsicum, finely choppedSalt to taste1 large tomato, deseeded and finely chopped¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp garam masala powder1 tsp Tata Sampann Chilli Powder2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesSauce1½ tbsps tomato ketchup1 tsp chopped fresh coriander leavesA pinch of red chilli powderButter for toastingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add green chillies and sauté for a few seconds.2. Add green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum and mix well. Cook for a minute3. Add salt and mix well. Add tomato and sauté well.4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder and Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and mix well. Cook for a minute.5. Add cottage cheese and chopped coriander and 2 tbsps water and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. 6. For the sauce, mix together tomato ketchup, chopped coriander and red chilli powder and mix well. Set aside.7. Heat a non-stick pan and place tortilla on it and cook on both sides for a few seconds and take it off the heat.8. Apply the prepared sauce on the tortilla and add the prepared paneer bhurji on top and fold the sides and roll into a wrap. 9. Heat butter in a grill pan and place the prepared wraps on it and cook on both sides till grill marks appear. 10.
