Ingredients Paneer Biryani or Paneer Pulao Recipe

Edible oil - 1 small bowl
Cloves - 4 pcs
Cinnamon - 2 pcs
Star anise - 1 pcs
Black cardamom - 2 pcs
Green cardamom - 4 pcs
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chili paste - 1 tbsp
Chopped green chili - 1 tbsp
Cumin-coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Chopped onion - 2 medium size
Chopped tomatoes - 2 medium size
Chopped green coriander - 1 tbsp
Capsicum - 1/2 pcs (small size)
Yellow bell pepper - 1/2 pcs (small size)
Red bell pepper - 1/2 pcs (small size)
Paneer - 300gm
Curd - 1 bowl medium size
Cooked plain white rice - 250gm
Saffron milk - (for flavor)
