Paneer Cutlet is an Indian vegetarian paneer recipe. I used mashed potatoes and breadcrumbs in this recipe. Try this recipe for evening snacks. visit www.mintsrecipes.com

Ingredients:
300-gram grated paneer
1 big sized Boiled mashed potato
Chopped green chilly
1 tsp grated ginger
4 tbsp cornflour
3/4tsp Red chilly powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
3/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
Freshly chopped coriander leaves

To make flour paste:
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt

For coating:
Bread Crumbs

How to make Paneer Cutlet:
In a mixing bowl add grated paneer, boiled potatoes, red chilly powder, garam masala, black pepper, cumin powder, grated ginger, green chilly, ¾ tsp salt, freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
Lastly, add 2 tbsp of cornflour for binding, mix it until well combined.
If the mixture is sticky then you can add bread crumbs also.
Take a generous portion of paneer mixture and give it round shape like tikka.
You can give any shape of your choice
Repeat the same process to make rest of the cutlets
Put flour in a bowl add ¼ tsp salt and add water mix it well lumps free batter make thin batter
Now dip paneer cutlet with maida and coat with breadcrumbs
