Heat a kadhai , add oil , cumin seed , coriander seed , dry red chilli , bayleaf allow it to splutter .2. Now add onions and sauté it well for 3-4mins until it gets brown .3. Now add ginger garlic paste mix well and sauté it for 1 min .4. Now add tomatoes , mix and cook well on a slow flame .5. Now add salt , mix it well and allow it to cook for 2-3 mins .6. Now add coriander powder , red chilli powder , turmeric powder , garam masala , green chillisauté it well for 3-4 mins .7. Meanwhile take curd and whisk it thoroughly , add it into the onion tomato gravy & mix it well.8. Now add onion cubes , capsicum cubes mix it well , add water and allow it to cook for 2-3 mins.9. Simultaneously take paneer and cut it into small cubes , keep it aside ,stir the mixtureoccasionally .10.
