Easy peasy minty paneer egg omelette recipe - An omelette to be enjoyed by adults as well as kids, takes not much effort or time. Try these and have for breakfast or as snacks. Ingredients and tips below.

Serves : 1 - 3 people

INGREDIENTS:
1. Eggs - 2
2. Turmeric powder - 2 pinches
3. Crushed black pepper - 1/2 tsp
4. Green chillies - 3 (reduce/increase based on your required heat level)
5. Ginger - 1 inch
6. Onion, small - 1
7. Mint leaves - 2 tbsp
8. Crumbled paneer - 100 gms
9. Salt - to taste
10. Butter - as desired

TIPS:
1. Ensure the mixture is not runny otherwise the paneer and omelette will not be evenly distributed and/or cooked.
2. You can use any other herb than mint (Oregano, Pizza topping herbs, Thyme, Coriander, etc.)
3. You could also add cheese while giving kids.
4. You could make this omelette in other desired shapes - in a paniyaram pan or using moulds.
5. Avoid making larger sized omelettes as they would be soft and could tear or break while flipping.
