10 मिनट में तैयार पनीर हलवा

Ingredients for Paneer ka Halwa are:

Milk [दूध] - 1 litre
Paneer - 250 gm (shredded)
Sugar [चीनी] - 40 gms
Cardamom Powder [इलायची पाउडर] - 1 tsp
Almonds [बादाम] - 30 gms (chopped)
Milk Powder - 40 gms

Steps for Paneer ka Halwa are:

- Heat a pan and add milk to it.
- Add the shredded paneer and cook it to a boil.
- After that add sugar, cardamom powder, and chopped almonds to it.
- Mix them and cook until the water evaporates.
- Now add the milk powder and mix it one final time. Remove it from the flame.
- Transfer the content to a bowl and level it up. Freeze it for ten minutes.
- Place the bowl upside down and plate the halwa. Place a cherry on top of it.
- Paneer halwa is ready to eat.
