A healthy twist to the regular paneer bhurji with the inclusion of methi.PANEER METHI BHURJIIngredients500 grams cottage cheese (paneer)1 medium bunch of fenugreek leaves, finely chopped4 tbsps oil1 tsp cumin seeds2 green chillies, chopped1 large onion, choppedSalt to taste½ tsp turmeric powderRotis to serveMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let the colour change. Add green chillies and sauté for a few seconds.2. Add onion and sauté till golden brown. Add chopped fenugreek leaves, salt, turmeric powder and sauté well for 2 minutes.3. Grate the paneer directly onto the cooking mixture, sauté well and cook for 2 minutes. Take it off the heat.4.
