Paneer Oats Manchurian
Ingredients :
Paneer - 250 gms
Oats flour - 3 tbsp
(Grind the oats into a fine flour)
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4th tsp(optional-adds an extra flavour to the dish)
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Water - 2 to 3 tbsp to coat

Air fry for 8-10 mins @190*
(You can also saut in tawa, shallow fry, fry or bake @190* for 15 mins or till crisp)

Gravy:
Oil - 3 tbsp
Garlic - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Spring onion whites - 1 tbsp
Capsicum - 1/4th
Schezwan chutney/sauce - 1 +1/2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Warter - 1/2 cup
Oats slurry - Oats flour 2 tsp + Water - 1 tbsp
Spring onion greens - 2 tbsp
