PANEER PAPAD ROLL

Ingredients : -

Papad - 8-10 nos
Grated paneer - 1 cup
Boiled and mashed potato - ½ cup
Raisins chopped - 2 tbsp
Cashews chopped - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper - ½ tsp
Chopped spring onion - 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped - 1tsp
Green chilli chopped - 1 tsp
Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp
Oil for deep fry
Refined flour - ¼ cup

Method
• In a bowl add in the grated paneer, mashed potato, green chilli chopped, ginger chopped cashew nut chopped, raisin, pepper, chaat masala, chopped spring onion, salt mix and keep aside.
• Make a slurry using refined flour and water and keep aside.
• Now heat oil for deep frying.
• Cut the Papad into small pieces, crushed it and keep aside.
• Now make small croquettes’ of the mixture and keep aside.
• Dip the croquettes in the slurry and roll it in the papad and keep aside.
• Now deep fry the roll until golden brown
• Remove on an absorbent paper.
• Place it on a serving plate and serve hot.
