Hello friends, today I’ve shared a very easy recipe of paneer paratha. I keep the stuffing simple and shared a very useful trick for chutney though whenever you don’t have anything for making chutney although you can prepare khatti mithi chutney easily. Preparation time: 10 mins
cook time: 3-5 mins per paratha
Ingredients:
For dough:
Wheat flour:1 cup
Oil:2-3 tsp
Carom seeds:1/4th tsp
Salt: pinch of
Water: as required
For stuffing
Paneer:250 gm
Onion:1,medium
Green chilli:2-3
Coriander leaves
Carom seeds:1/4th tsp
Salt:1/4th tsp
Butter/oil for making paratha
For chutney:
Mango pickle
coriander leaves
green chilli:1
water:3-4 tbsp
jaggery
