PANEER PARCELS Ingredients250 grams cottage cheese (paneer), gratedNaan dough as required 1 tablespoon oil1 medium onion, chopped1-2 green chillies, finely chopped¼ teaspoon turmeric powderSalt to taste1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves Refined flour for dusting Method1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté for a minute.2. Add green chillies and turmeric powder and mix. Add cottage cheese, mix and cook for a minute.3. Add salt and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.4. Preheat oven at 180° C. 5. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the naan dough on it, knock back to release excess air and roll out into a large sheet. 6. Cut out roundels using a medium size cookie cutter. Place a portion of the cooked cottage cheese mixture in the centre of each roundel, bring the edges together in the centre and pinch to seal. Place the parcels on a baking tray and set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes.7. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.8. Serve hot.
