Learn how to make Paneer Pasanda a recipe by Ruchi Bharani only on Rajshri FoodIngredients: 400gms paneer 2-3tbsp cream 3 tbsp cornflour For chutney 1 tbsp cashews1 cup coriander leaves 3green chillies1 piece ginger 2 garlic cloves 1tbsp grated paneer Salt to taste 1 tbsp mint leaves For gravy 1 cup curd 1 tbsp cashew nuts 2 small onion3 tomatoes 4 dry red chillies 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp gheeMethod: - Cut paneer into equal sizes and make a paneer sandwich by stuffing it with mint & coriander chutney.- In a bowl add corn flour, salt and water and make a paste.
