If you're bored with the usual ways of enjoying paneer, here's a saag which is prepared with fenugreek leaves to make your day!PANEER SAAGIngredients300 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 1 inch pieces1 medium bunch spinach½ medium bunch fenugreek leaves2 tbsps oil1 tsp cumin seeds2-3 green chillies, chopped½ tbsp chopped ginger1 tbsp chopped garlic2 medium onions, chopped1 large tomato, choppedSalt to taste¼ tsp turmeric powder1½ tsps Tata Sampann Paneer Masala2 tbsps fresh creamMethod1. Heat water in a deep nonstick pan. Add spinach leaves, fenugreek leaves and blanch for 30 seconds. Transfer in chilled water and set aside.2. Squeeze water and transfer in a blender jar. Grind to fine paste.3. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add cumin seeds. Once they start to crackle, add green chillies, ginger and garlic and mix well. Sauté for 30-40 seconds.4. Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes.5. Add salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Add Tata Sampann Paneer Masala and mix well.6. Add the prepared paste and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.7. Add cottage cheese cubes and mix well.
