paneer cut in to big size and marinated with different fresh herb flavours and coconut milk ,penut butter and cook on griller till light brown colour.and served with penut sauce

Ingredients:

Paneer 250 g
Green chilly 4 n
Coriander roots 3 n
Lemon grass 3 pieces
Lime leaves 2 n
Ginger 1 inch 2 n
Garlic 3 n
Coconut milk 1 tb
Red chilly paste ts
Curry powder 1 ts
Peanut paste 1 ts
Salt
Soya sauce 1 ts
Jaggery ½ ts
Lime juice 1 ts
Galangal 1 inch piece

Directions:

Take coriander roots, green chilly, lemon grass, lime leaves, galangal and garlic, put all these in the blender and make a paste, then drain in a strainer, pressing to extract the juice.
Take a bowl add coconut milk, red chilly paste, curry powder, peanut paste, salt, soya sauce, jaggery, lime juice, mix this well and add made juice, mix this also along with sauce.
First marinate the paneer strips and insert the paneer strips onto skewers and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a griddle and fry the satay sticks on all sides till golden brown.
Serve this with peanut sauce.
