PANEER THANDAI MAKHMALI | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Popular thandai drink flavores incorporated with paneer and cooked to perfection on a griddle.

Ingredients:

Paneer 200 Grams
Oil 3 Tablespoons
Onion 1 Numbers
Salt To taste
Bay leaf 2 Numbers
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 Teaspoons
Poppy seeds 1 Teaspoons
Cardamom powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Almond powder 1 Teaspoons
Fennel powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Crush pepper 1 Teaspoons
kasuri methi powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Saffron water 1 Teaspoons
Milk 1 Cup
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Sugar 1 Pinch


Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan add shahi jeera, chopped onions, salt, bay leaf cook till onions slightly change the color.

2. Then add ginger garlic paste saute it for 2 minutes then add poppy seeds and saute it for few minutes.

3. In a bowl add cardamom powder, almond powder, fennel seed powder, crush pepper , kasuri methi powder, saffron water, milk, coriander powder mix it well.

4. Pour this mixture into the pan and mix it, once it comes to boil add paneer pieces, pinch of sugar cook this for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.
