A popular indian restaurant recipe.PANEER TIKKA MASALAIngredients 500 grams paneer tikka 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)1 large onion, finely chopped1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1 large tomato, finely choppedSalt to taste¼ cup tomato puree1 teaspoon coriander powder½ teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon garam masala powder1 teaspoon roasted dried fenugreek powder1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tablespoon lemon juice2-3 tablespoons fresh cream + for garnishingGinger strips for garnishingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and when it changes colour, add onion and sauté till translucent. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté till onion turns golden brown. Add tomato and salt and sauté till soft and pulpy.3. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and tomato puree, mix and cook till the oil separates.4. Add ½ cup water, mix and cook till the mixture boils. Add garam masala powder, dried fenugreek powder, coriander leaves and paneer tikka and mix well. 5. Add lemon juice, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
