Paneer Wheat Uthappam

It’s delicious/nutritious and a wholesome breakfast recipe. No fermentation or rice is needed to prepare this.
Healthy and tasty. Breakfast that can be prepared within 15 minutes. Its a great lunch box recipe as well.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour-1 cup
Rava (sooji)- 1/3 cup
Paneer-1 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Salt-3/4 teaspoon
Red chilly powder-1 teaspoon
Onion(finely cut)-1
Tomatoes(finely cut)-1
Green bell pepper-1
Carrots-2
Green chillies-2
Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
Yogurt-3/4 cup
Oil-As needed

Directions:

1. Take all the ingredients (except oil) in a bowl. Mix it well. Add water to prepare like a thick dosa batter consistency.
2. Heat Tawa over medium flame.
3. Pour a ladle of batter into thick round discs.
4. Drizzle oil around the discs.
5. Cook both sides until golden brown and crispy.
6. Paneer wheat Uthappam is ready!!
