Papaya Payasam | Indian Mom's Kitchen

It's super healthy, it's yummy...it's made from Papaya. Yes, here is a payasam made from this health food which is consumed in every household. Papaya payasam is very easy to make and tastes as good as any other payasam. Anybody can make it at home after watching this video. Given below are the ingredients of this Payasam recipe.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
2 cups chopped Papaya
150 gms Jaggery
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp dry Ginger powder
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
11/2 cups thin Coconut milk
A pinch of Salt
1 cup thick Coconut milk
1 tbsp Ghee
A handful of Cashew nuts
A handful of Raisins
