Papaya Salad - Simple, Easy To Make Homemade Healthy, Nutritious Salad Recipe By Annuradha Toshniwal

Chef Annuradha Toshniwal makes an interesting papaya salad that is easy to make, homemade salad recipe. Its not the conventional way of making salad and that's what makes it so unique. The uniqueness of the recipe is its taste and needs only few ingredients!

Ingredients:
3 cups Papaya
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Salt
Pepper
Red chilli flakes

Method:
- Add a tbsp. of oil to the pan and wait until it becomes hot.
- Add some mustard seeds and curry leaves and let the leaves roast until they are crisp.
- Add some papayas and saute them nicely.
- Add some salt and black pepper as per taste.
- Garnish it with some chilli flakes on top.
- Papaya salad is ready to be served.
