Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, chilli flakes, lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste and mix. Break an egg and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes3. Take breadcrumbs on a plate. Add parmesan cheese powder and salt and mix well. 4. Coat each marinated chicken piece with breadcrumbs-parmesan cheese mixture.5. Deep-fry chicken pieces in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.6.
