Next, saut for few moments then add Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste now sauts for a minute. Next, add Tomato Puree and again saut for 3-4 minutes. After 4 minutes add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Coriander Seed Powder saut for few seconds then add Garam Masala Powder with Mutton. Next, mix it all together properly then add Malt Vinegar, Jaggery, Apricots mix it again together. Now add Water, Salt and pressure cook the dish for 3-4 whistles then lower the flame and let it cook for 5 minutes. Next, wait for the cooker to cool down then take it out in the serving bowl and then add Potato Salli on the top.
