Parwal Mithai Recipe | Parwal Sweet Recipe | परवल की बर्फी | Parwal Ki Barfi | Plates Of Love

Parwal -5 pcs
Sugar -1/4 cup
Ghee -3 tbsp
Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
Khoya - 200 gm
Coconut powder
Good colour(Green) - optional

Process

1. Wash parwal
2. Cut the edges
3. Grate it with a gratter
4. Fry grated parwal in ghee on low flame for 5 mins
5. Add sugar to it and melt it properly
6. Add cardamom powder and mix it well
7. Add khoya and give a continuous stirr for 5 mins
8. Add a pinch of food colour and mix till colour changes
9. Set the mixture in a flat container
10. Leave for 2 hours on room temperature or refrigerate it
11. Cut the barfi like pieces
12. Sprinkle coconut powder
