Ingredients for White Sauce Pasta:
Pasta 2 cups
Oil (for boiling) 2 tbsp
Water (for boiling) as required
salt (for boiling) 1/2 tsp
Pasta (boiled) 2 cups
Milk 1 L
Cream 1 cup
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tbsp
Capsicum (small) 1 cup
Sweet corn 1/2 cup

Ingredients for liquid batter:
Milk 1 cup
Ketchup 1 cup
All-purpose flour 1/4 cup
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
White sauce pasta as required
Crushed cornflakes (for crumbing) as required
Spring roll sheet as required
Flour mixture as required

Directions for White sauce pasta preparation:
1. In a pot heat water and bring it to boil. add salt, oil pasta and boil pasta until 80% done. Strain and set aside.
2. In a pan heat butter and add milk, cream, White pepper powder, red chili flakes, salt, soy sauce, black pepper powder and mix well.
3. Now add capsicum, sweet corn and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add cream and cook until creamy in texture.
4. Add boiled pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take off flame and let it cool at room temperature.
Directions for Liquid batter preparation:
5. In a bowl add milk, ketchup, all purpose flour, red chili powder, paprika powder and mix well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
6. Take the spring roll sheet and add white sauce pasta onto it, spread flour mixture on the corners of roll sheet.
7. Roll it and dip in liquid batter, then corn flakes crumbs and deep fry until golden in color. Cut into pieces and serve.
Preparation time: 10-15 mins
Cooking time: 25-30 mins
Serving: 4-5
