This take approximately 15-20 mins. Allow mixture to cool down ( let it come to room temp)Make a thick syrup out of 1/3 cup water and cup of sugar. Melting sugar until its reduced to half or 1/3. Add this boiling syrup into besan mixture. Spread evenly on a plate lined with plastic wrap. Add dry fruit on top. Let it cool down ( at room temp for an hour or two until it solidifies.) Then cut into pieces and serve or store for few weeks.
