Spinach - 200 gm
Mint -50gm
Coriander leaves -50gm
Gram flour - 1Cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 4
Carom seeds -1/2Tsp
Sesame seeds- 1Tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Red chilli powder -1tsp
Jaggery- 2 tsp
Tamarind pulp-3 tsp

For tadka - oil, curry leaves, sesame seeds, green chilli
