Learn how to make Patrani Macchi yummy & mouth watering recipe by Chef Varun InamdarVarun Inamdar brings to your kitchen the best from the whole world & this time its the famous Parsi Food, watch and learn how to make yummy Patrani Macchi only on Get Curried.Ingredients 1 no (300 gms) boneless fillet of fish1/2 cup sliced coconut1 cup coriander leaves Salt to taste7-8 nos green chillies1 tbsp garlic paste2 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp sugar3-4 banana leavesWater to adjust consistencyMethod- To make the chutney, blend together sliced coconut, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic paste, sugar,lemon juice and salt mix it together.- Add water if required & make it into a smooth paste.- Cut the fish into thin long piece and divide into four pieces.- Mix the fish with the green masala.- Cut the banana leaves into little strips, make sure not to use spine of the leaf- Wash the leaves and make sure the leaves are dry - Heat the leaves lightly- Place the marinated fish on the centre of the leaf- Fold the leaf into an envelope- In a sauce pan add water and keep a seive over it.
