Let me show how to go about preparing this famous Street food for everyone at home to enjoy.Ingredients:4 boiled Potatoes1/2 cup boiled Peas1/4 cup chopped Capsicum2 chopped Green Chillies2 chopped Tomatoes2 finely chopped Onions2 tbsp Kasuri methi6 tbsp Butter2 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala2 tbsp Oil2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powderJuice of 1 LemonSalt to tasteCoriander leavesPav as requiredMethod:-- Heat pan and saute Capsicum and Green Chillies.-- Add Peas, mashed Potatoes, Tomatoes, Kasuri methi, Salt and cook for 3-4 minutes.-- Add 2 tbsp Butter, 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder, 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala and combine well.-- Mash everything together for 3-4 minutes.-- Remove from heat and keep aside.-- Heat 2 tbsp Oil and 2 tbsp of Butter in a pan.-- Add chopped Onions, Kasuri methi, 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder, 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala, Salt and cook till Onions are done.-- Put in the Potato mixture and mix well.-- Add 2 cups of water, Lemon juice, Coriander leaves and cook till the Bhaji has thickened.For Pav:-- In a pan heat Butter, a pinch of Pav Bhaji masala and Coriander leaves and toast the Pav in this Butter mixture.-- Serve Pav Bhaji piping hot with a dollop of Butter.Music: https://www.bensound.com--
