Delicious creamy wholesome soup with the goodness of fresh green peas and potatoes.PEA AND POTATO SOUPIngredients1 cup green peas2 medium potatoes, peeled1 tsp gheeSalt to tasteA pinch of cumin powderTo serve8 mini pavs, slit1 tsp butterA pinch of dried red chilli flakesA pinch of chopped fresh parsley leavesMethod1. Roughly chop potatoes.2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add the potatoes, green peas, salt, and cumin powder and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add 2 cups water, mix, cover and cook till 3 whistles are given out. 4. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add died red chilli flakes and parsley leaves, place the pavs and toast on both sides for 1 minute. Take the pan off the heat.5. Open the cooker once the pressure has settled completely, blend the mixture using an electric hand blender and transfer into serving bowls.6.
