Peach Jam | पीच जॅम | Jam Recipes | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

An easy-peasy, no-preservative peach preparation. This no-fail recipe is a must when peaches are in season.

PEACH JAM

Ingredients

3 peaches, peeled, deseeded, and sliced
¾ cup sugar
½ tbsp lemon juice

Method

1. Put the peaches in a blender jar and blend to a fine paste. Transfer this in a non-stick pan. Add sugar, mix and cook till sugar melts. Continue to cook till mixture thickens.
2. Switch the heat off and add lemon juice and mix till well combined. Take the pan off the heat and allow the jam to cool completely.
3. Transfer into an air tight container and use as required.
