PEACH JAMIngredients3 peaches, peeled, deseeded, and sliced¾ cup sugar½ tbsp lemon juiceMethod1. Put the peaches in a blender jar and blend to a fine paste. Transfer this in a non-stick pan. Add sugar, mix and cook till sugar melts. Continue to cook till mixture thickens. 2. Switch the heat off and add lemon juice and mix till well combined.
