The best part is that this Peanut Curd Chutney involves zero cooking time! Just pop everything into the blender, whir, and it’s ready! Do not add any water while grinding, or the chutney might become watery. Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Cooking Time: Nil. Makes 1 cup.1 cup roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts¾ cup fresh curds (dahi)1½ tsp ginger-green chill paste½ tbsp lemon juice1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth without using any water. 2. Store refrigerated in an air-tight container and use as required.
