Pear Bread Ka Halwa Ingredients QuantityUSA Pears 2 nosBread 8- 10 slicesGhee for fryingAlmonds slice 1 tbspPistachio slice 1 tbspRasins 1 tbspWater 1 cupSugar ½ cupMilk 3 tbspGreen Cardamom powder ¼ tspWater 1 cupKhoya 2 tbspMethod:1. Cut the pears with the help of cutter, keep 3 wedges of pears aside, rest cut into cubesize.2. Take pears cube in grinder jar and grind to a puree.3. Chopped the pears wedges and keep it aside.4. Take bread slices, remove the edges of it and Cut the bread slice into small cubes.5. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and fry the bread cubes until golden brown.6. Remove in kitchen paper and keep it aside.7. Take 2 tbsp of ghee in another non stick pan, add almonds, pistachio, raisins, mix welland sauté for 30 sec.8. Add water, sugar and pears puree and mix well.9. Add chopped pears, mix well and cook until boil arise.10. Once the boil arise add milk and mix well.11. Add fried bread cubes and green cardamom powder, mix well and cook until the breadabsorbs the moisture and starts giving consistency of halwa.12. Mash the mixture well.13. Add khoya, mix well and cook for 1 min.14.
