Preheat oven to 120° C. 2. Thinly slice USA Pear using a mandolin slicer. 3. Line a baking tray with silicon mat and place the pear slices. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes. 4. Mix together castor sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl. 5. Remove the half-baked pear slices from the oven, flip and sprinkle some cinnamon-sugar on top. 6. Put the tray back in the preheated oven and bake for 5-6 minutes or till crisp.
