Pear Crostini | Pear Pairings | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Pear Crostini is a refreshing, cool and delightful dish which calms and composes your mind and refreshes your palate.

PEAR CROSTINI

Ingredients

1 medium green USA Pear
1 baguette
Olive oil for drizzling
Salt to taste
6-7 cherry tomatoes, halved
8-10 sliced black olives
Cajun spice for sprinkling
Cream cheese as required
¼ cup grated processed cheese
Parmesan cheese powder for sprinkling
Mixed micro greens for garnishing

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
2. Deseed and cut the USA Pear into thin slices.
3. Diagonally slice baguette and place on a baking tray.
4. To prepare one crostini, drizzle some olive oil, place the pear slices and sprinkle some salt on the baguette slices. Place one cherry tomato half, 2-3 black olive slices, sprinkle some Cajun spice and put ½ tsp cream cheese on top.
5. Spread some processed cheese and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.
6. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.
7. Serve hot garnished with some micro greens.
