To prepare dressing, mix together mustard paste, salt, crushed peppercorns, wine vinegar, olive oil and honey in a bowl. 2. Halve cherry tomatoes. 3. Put romaine lettuce leaves in a bowl. Add torn iceberg lettuce leaves, baby spinach leaves, halved cherry tomatoes and pomegranate pearls. 4. Deseed and chop USA Pear, add to bowl and mix. Pour ¾ of dressing and mix well. 5. Put the salad mixture in a serving bowl. Put radish slices, some walnuts, feta cheese and drizzle remaining dressing on top.6.
