Started in 1979 by Ah Leng, who unfortunately passed away last December, the stall is now helmed by his daughter and son. The idea of adding mantis shrimp actually belongs to the siblings. Their version may look paler, but it packed a punch with its spice and the mantis shrimps were sweet.
