After the pasta is cooked strain it. Pour some cold water on the pasta. Add little oil and mix well. Keep the pasta aside in a bowl.- For white sauce in a pan heat some butter.- Once the butter melts add all purpose flour. Mix well. Make sure there are no lumps.- Add chopped garlic and mix well.- Add milk and give a good stir.- Once the mixture is thick add cheddar cheese and mix well.- Then add oregano, black pepper & salt. Mix everything well.- Add both the bell peppers and basil leaves. Mix well.- Add pasta. Mix well. Let everything cook for 2 minutes.- Pasta in white sauce is ready.- Garnish it with cherry tomatoes and basic leaves. Sprinkle come Parmesan cheese and the pasta is ready to serve.To Make Garlic Bread - Cut the bread in even size pieces and keep them aside.- In a small bowl add butter, chopped garlic & oregano. Mix everything well.- Apply this mixture only on one side of each bread piece.- Heat a flat bottom pan.- Put the bread pieces with the butter side down first.
