Pepper Garlic Egg Fry is a yummy, quick and flavourful way to prepare eggs. PEPPER GARLIC EGG FRYIngredients10-12 garlic cloves15-20 black peppercorns6 hard boiled eggs1 inch ginger3-4 green chillies2 tbsps oil1 tsp cumin seeds1 medium onion, finely chopped¼ cup fresh cream + for garnish½ tsp Tata Sampann Garam Masala1 tbsp chopped coriander leavesFresh coriander sprig for garnishMethod1. Coarsely crush garlic, ginger, and black peppercorns in a mortar with a pestle. Add green chillies and continue to crush.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add the crushed mixture and sauté for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and sauté for a minute.4. Add ¼ cup water, mix and cook for 1 minute. 5. Make vertical slits on the eggs and add them into the pan and gently mix till well coated with the masala.6. Add ⅓ cup water, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cream, Tata Sampann Garam Masala, mix and cook for 1 minute.
