Pepperoni Pancake | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Freshly made pancakes topped with pepperoni slices.

PEPPERONI PANCAKE - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

Pepperoni slices as required
1 cup refined flour
2 eggs
Salt to taste
300 ml milk
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
Butter as required

Method

1. Take refined flour in a bowl. Add eggs, salt and milk and whisk well. Add cheddar cheese and mix.
2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a pancake. Top with pepperoni slices and cook till fully done from both sides.
3. Serve hot.
