Pepperoni Pizza Sticks | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Pizza dough rolled into sticks topped with pepperoni and cheese, baked till perfection. A must try recipe !

PEPPERONI PIZZA STICKS

Ingredients

Pepperoni slices as required
100 grams pizza dough
Olive oil for greasing
Refined flour for dusting
Fresh basil leaves as required
Grated mozzarella cheese for sprinkling

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180ยบ C. Grease a baking tray with some olive oil.
2. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and roll out into a thin disc and transfer on the greased tray.
3. Cut the edges to get a square sheet and further cut out into thick strips to fit pepperoni slices.
4. Prick the strips with a fork, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
5. Remove the tray from oven and cool. Top each strip with 6-7 pepperoni slices and place 3-4 basil leaves. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Put the tray back in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
7. Serve hot.
