Perfect Chicken Shish Kebab! You will want to make it every week! So easy to make! Eat for lunch or with complete Turkish menu, green lentil soup, size bulgur wheat pilav and almond milk dessert "Keshkl" great for dinner too!

Chicken Shish Kebab:
About 750gr. boneless chicken breast
wooden skewers or metal skewers
For the marinade:
1 tsp each black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, oregano, salt
4-5 top milk and olive oil
3 cloves of garlic (purd)
For the Siyez bulgur wheat pilav:

1 big size onion
5 tbsp olive oil or a mix of vegetable and olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 cups bulgur wheat (I used siyez bulgur) or you can make rice pilav: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_w-mv1BufE
meat stock or hot water (about 3+1/2 cups)
2 tsp salt (more or less depending on the taste)

1 medium-size onion
5 tbsp olive oil or a mix of olive and vegetable oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tomato (peeled)
2 cloves of garlic
enough hot water (You can use some meat stack to give extra flavor and vitamins)
1 cup green lentils
about 1/3 cup broken noodles or pasta in strip shapes (I used Turkish "erite" noodles)
salt to taste
For the sauce
1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp, or more dried mint.
