Chinese Bok Choy is so easy to make and versatile too. I think this is a perfect recipe to pair Bok Choy with mushrooms (I used Bella mushrooms), which add umami flavor to it. Boil a pot of water, and add a pinch of salt and drops of oil.2. Boil bok choy about 1 minute, and take out.3. Add oil to the pan, and saut garlic and green onion for 10 seconds. 4. Add mushrooms and stir. 5. Add salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir. 6. Add water, and cook about a few minutes.7. Thicken the sauce with the slurry. 8. On a plate, line up the bok choy to form a circle, and pour the mushroom sauce in the middle.
