Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredientsWhole wheat Roti1 medium red capsicum, thinly sliced 1 medium yellow capsicum, thinly sliced 1 medium green capsicum, thinly sliced 1 carrot, thinly sliced 1 cup Vimal paneer cubes 3 tablespoon peri peri sauce3-4 tablespoon Vimal mayonnaise 1 teaspoon sugar Pepper to taste Salt to taste Vimal Butter to shallow fry MethodFor Stuffing1) Heat oil in a pan, add all the capsicum and sauté for a minute. 2) Add paneer cubes, salt, pepper and sugar and cook for a minute. Turn off the flame. 3) Add peri peri sauce, Mix well and set aside. For Frankie1) Place the cooked roti on a plate. 2) In the center spread mayo and the prepared stuffing. 3) Fold the roti tightly from both ends. Seal it with a toothpick to prevent the wrap from opening. 4) Heat a pan, spread some butter and place the Wrap and cook on medium flame from both sides till golden.
