This spicy and sweet drink is absolutely amazing and tastes just out of the world when served chilled.PERU PYALAIngredients2 medium ripe guavasA pinch of salt + for garnish2 pinchs of Tata Sampann Chilli Powder + for garnish5-6 ice cubes + to serve½ cup sugar1-2 green chillies, slit½ tsp black pepper powder3-4 tsp roasted cumin powderBlack salt to taste¼ lemon wedgeIce cubes as requiredFresh mint sprig for garnishMethod1. Peel, roughly chop guavas.2. Boil sufficient water in a deep pan, add the guavas, salt, a pinch of Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and transfer into a blender jar.3. Add ice cubes, ½ cup water, sugar and slit green chillies and blend to a fine paste. Strain the mixture into a large bowl.4. Add 2 cups water and mix well, add black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and black and mix.5. Spread salt and remaining Tata Sampann Chilli Powder, apply lemon juice on the rim of the serving glasses and dip on the salt mixture.6.
